All Machines and work centres are issued with a daily ‘Work To List’ informing operators of both loading order and production batch time.

Production meetings are held on a daily basis attended by senior management and shop floor supervision.

This enables us to monitor delivery requirements, adjust the loading to meet due dates and introduce urgent or short lead time parts as may have been requested by our customers.
